The pallet racking system is the kind of rack with the most extensive application, with stable structure, large loading capability, and convenient sorting etc. of strongpoints. The rack is composed of upright frames and beams. The connection of the beam and upright is the hanging type, and equipped with safety pin, it can be adjusted based on the 50, 75mm pitch. The upright and floor shall adopt the expansion bolt for connection. The bottom layer of the rack shall be set up on the floor, generally each layer shall be placed with 2-3 pallets, the length of the beam and depth of the upright frame shall be determined by the dimension of the pallet. The storage rack can be adapted with some safe or convenient parts flexibly, such as pallet support, pallet stopper, wire decking, anti-collision protector and connecting beam etc. The layout of the rack is generally divided into standard aisle type, narrow aisle type, double depth location type, and it shall adapt to the different forklifts. Since there are comparatively more aisles to be laid out, the usage rate of the warehouse is relatively low, the adoption of the narrow aisle type or double depth type layout is the better choice.
